Hello & welcome to Day 1

I’m so happy you’re here! Over the next 5 days, I’m going to walk you through how you can turn your love of planning vacations into real income. Income that can help pay for your own family trips. But before we jump into the how, today is about something even more important than strategies. It’s your why.

Before we talk tools, bookings, or commissions, LET’S start with you. Your dreams, your goals, and your why.

Whenever you decide to build something new, especially something that fits around your life and your family it’s easy to get caught up in the how. The steps, the game plan, the details.

But your real power comes from your why. That’s what keeps you moving forward.

Maybe you want to contribute financially. Maybe you’re tired of putting dream trips on hold because of the budget. Or you just want something fun and fulfilling that makes you feel like you again.

Whatever brought you here, honor it. Your why doesn’t have to be big or fancy. It can be simple. It can be emotional. And it’s allowed to change as you grow.

My “why” was simple, I wanted to help support our growing family financially without sacrificing time at home. But I also wanted something that lit me up. A creative outlet that gave me a spark, something to look forward to, and something that helped me dream big again.

Maybe Your Why is…

  • You want to take your family on unforgettable trips

  • You want a flexible way to contribute to your household income

  • Freedom to work during nap time or after bedtime

  • A desire to do something fulfilling and fun

Goals give your dreams direction. Without clear goals, it’s easy to stay stuck wishing for more instead of actually creating it.

Once you’ve identified your why, think about your goals. What would you love to accomplish in the next few months? What would feel amazing to look back on a year from now?

A booked client, consistent monthly income, a guilt free, kid free weekend getaway just for you (no judgement) or taking your family on a dream vacation.

My goals came down to groceries, gifts, and getaways. I wanted to keep the fridge stocked, cover birthday and holiday gifts for the family, and plan a few getaways throughout the year to make unforgettable memories together.

And here’s the thing. You can do this. You have what it takes to figure it out, to grow, and to create something that works for your life. Some days will feel messy, and that’s okay. Every small step you take is progress, and every win no matter how tiny brings you closer to the life you’re dreaming about. I’m here to guide you to take that first step.

What are your goals?

I want you to think about your goals with clarity, focus, and momentum. Clarity is knowing what you actually want so you’re not just drifting or guessing. When you can picture it clearly, it’s a lot easier to know what “forward” looks like. Focus is about not letting everything pull at your attention at once. It’s choosing a few things that really matter and giving them your energy instead of getting lost. And momentum is what builds when you start showing up consistently. Each small step might not feel huge on its own, but they stack up, and pretty soon you’re moving in a real direction instead of just thinking about it.

Imagine what your year could look like if you focused on just three meaningful goals. Not ten. Not twenty. Just three.

Being a vacation planner isn’t just about booking trips for other people. It’s about opening the door to possibilities for your own family too.

Picture yourself saying yes to the vacation you’ve talked about for years instead of putting it off “someday.” Imagine watching your kids experience the magic of seeing a new place for the first time, taking the anniversary trip you and your spouse keep postponing, or finally creating the kind of memories that become family stories for years to come.

This journey starts small. One step. One client. One booking. But those small steps can lead to big things, more freedom, more confidence, more flexibility, and more experiences together.

So start dreaming again. Save the destination ideas. Talk about the places your family wants to see. Whether it’s a beach getaway, a European adventure, a cruise, or simply a weekend away without stressing over the cost.

Because this could be so much more than something you do on the side. It could be the thing that helps your family experience more of life together.
